We converted what was a derelict building to our gastro gallery in 2005 and have since then run a succesful gallery and cafe from the site.

Our mission is to exhibit the very best modern and contemporary art along with food and drink of the highest quality in a relaxing and enjoyable environment.

The Three Cups is staffed by a knowledgeable and enthusiastic team, under the direction of Shirley Gwyther, who will ensure that you will have a memorable and enjoyable visit.

How to Find Us

By road from Cambridge head to Ely on the A10. From London take the M11, leaving at Junction 9 and continue on the A11, joining the A14 and turn off on the A142, signposted to Ely.Once in Ely head for the City centre parking in the Broad Street car park. There is a short walk from the car park, Three Cups Walk, leading to Ely High Street that passes right in front of the gallery.

Ely is also served with a good rail link to destinations throughout the country and is 1 hr and 10 mins by train from London and 15 mins by train from Cambridge. The gallery is a pleasant ten minute walk from the railway station.
